Voice Clips

Voice Clips is a soundboard for your organization: short, reusable audio clips a human agent can play into a live call from the softphone.

Typical uses

• Standard greetings or sign-offs in a consistent voice.
• Compliance lines that must be read verbatim.
• Frequently repeated directions (parking, address, hours).

Managing clips

On the Voice Clips page you can record or upload clips, name them, and organize the board. Clips belong to your organization, so the whole team shares one library.

Playing a clip on a call

During a live call in the softphone, open the soundboard and tap a clip — the audio plays into the call while you stay connected. The currently playing clip is indicated so you don't double-trigger it.
