The blocklist keeps unwanted callers away from your team and your AI minutes.

Blocking a number

Add numbers on the Blocklist page, or block directly from a call record, voicemail, or contact. Blocked callers are rejected before an AI agent ever engages, so they don't consume agent time or generate noise in your review queues.

Managing the list

Each entry shows who blocked it, when, and any reason noted. Unblock at any time — useful when a legitimate caller was caught by mistake.

Related protections

• Contacts marked blocked are flagged across the app so the state is visible everywhere.
• Voicemail review includes a one-click "block this caller" follow-up action.
