Campaigns send one message to many recipients — throttled, compliant, and trackable.

Creating a campaign

From Campaigns, create a campaign with:

• Sending number — which of your numbers the texts come from.
• Message template — the body every recipient gets; individual recipients can have a personalized override.
• Recipients — pick contacts or import a list.
• Throttle — messages per minute, so a big list doesn't blast out at once.
• Schedule — start now or at a set time.

Launching and monitoring

Launch moves the campaign into the queue; the dispatcher works through recipients at your throttle rate. The campaign page tracks per-recipient progress — queued, sent, delivered, failed — in real time. You can pause or cancel; in-flight messages still deliver.

Replies

Attach an AI agent to the campaign's number and inbound replies are answered automatically as regular conversations (SMS AI Agents); without one, replies land in the Messages inbox for your team.

Compliance

Campaigns respect the opt-out list automatically — opted-out numbers are skipped before sending. Quiet hours apply too: sends outside business hours defer to the next open window. For US 10DLC requirements on business texting, see Brands & 10DLC.
