Scheduling a meeting

Create a meeting under Meetings: title, time, and participants. Each meeting gets a join link with a short room code that works for guests without a HUM account — patients and clients just click and join from the browser.

Persistent rooms

Rooms are standing meeting spaces with a memorable, persistent link (like a personal meeting room). Use them for recurring huddles or as your "always-on" meeting spot.

In the meeting

Audio/video conferencing runs right in the browser with in-meeting chat and file attachments. No installs for guests.

After the meeting

Meetings get an AI-generated summary so absentees can catch up and decisions don't get lost. Attachments shared in chat are kept with the meeting record, and meetings are searchable from global search.
