Managing the subscription

The hosted customer portal handles payment methods, invoices, and plan changes. Subscription settings you control in-app (like plan selection) take effect immediately.

Usage

The billing view summarizes your organization's usage for the current period — calls and AI activity — so spend is never a surprise. Per-call cost detail also appears on each call record for admins (Calls & Transcripts).
