Organization profile
Name, branding details, and the defaults that apply across the org — including business identity used in caller-facing features.
Team
Invite teammates by email and assign a role:
- Viewer — read-only access to operational data.
- Operator — day-to-day call and inbox work.
- Admin — settings, team, numbers, billing, and integrations.
People can belong to multiple organizations and switch from the user menu.
Business hours
The org-level schedule that powers quiet-hours deferral for texting. Voice business hours are set per-agent — see AI Agents.
Integrations
Admins manage API keys, MCP servers, webhooks, inbound triggers, CRM connectors, and tool secrets here. API keys connect external AI assistants to HUM's remote MCP and REST API; their plaintext secret is shown once, and each key can be revoked independently.
