Pollenate Surveys

Turn a Pollenate feedback form into an AI voice or SMS survey campaign — Bea asks the questions and writes the answers back automatically.

Connect a Pollenate account and run your feedback forms as AI survey campaigns. Bea calls (or texts) each contact, asks the form's questions in order, captures the answers, and submits them back into Pollenate as a form response — attributed to the phone number she reached.

Connecting your account

  1. 1.Go to Settings → Integrations → Pollenate.
  2. 2.Click Connect Pollenate. You'll be sent to Pollenate to sign in and choose which organization to grant access to.
  3. 3.Approve the two permissions HUM asks for: - View your feedback forms and their questions - Submit responses and answers to your forms
  4. 4.You'll land back on this tab with the connection shown as Connected.

Only an organization admin can connect or disconnect Pollenate. You can revoke access anytime from this tab, or from Connected Apps inside Pollenate.

Running a form as a survey

Once connected, your published Pollenate forms appear in the tab. For any form:

  • Voice survey — generates an outbound call flow and drops you into the campaign builder. Pick a call list, caller ID, and pacing, then launch.
  • SMS survey — generates an SMS flow you can attach to a text campaign.

HUM builds the agent's script and a structured answer sheet directly from the form's questions, so the wording stays true to what you authored. Question types translate like this:

Display-only blocks, file uploads, and voice-recording questions are skipped — they don't translate to a phone call or text.

Where the answers go

When a call or conversation finishes, HUM reports the collected answers back to Pollenate as a normal form response. In Pollenate you'll see each response tagged with source = bluehive-hum, the respondent's phone number, and the channel (voice or SMS), so call-sourced feedback sits alongside web submissions and feeds the same analytics, automations, and Zapier triggers.

If a respondent declines a question, it's simply left blank. If Bea never manages to capture any answers, no empty response is created.

Troubleshooting

  • "Needs reconnect" — your Pollenate session expired and couldn't refresh. Click Connect Pollenate again to re-authorize.
  • No forms listed — only published forms are shown. Publish the form in Pollenate, then Refresh.
  • Answers not appearing — confirm the form is still published and that the campaign used the HUM-generated survey flow (not a hand-edited copy).
