Private and shared
Every file and folder is either private (only you) or shared (everyone in the organization). Call recordings and voicemails appear as read-only virtual folders, so the drive is one place to find every artifact.
Public links
Need to hand a file to someone outside HUM? Create a public link — an unguessable URL you can revoke at any time.
Use with AI agents
Flag a document "Use with agent" and HUM extracts its text, indexes it, and makes it retrievable knowledge for your AI agents — the agent can answer callers from your own PDFs and docs. Supported text-bearing formats (PDF, Word, text, CSV) are extracted automatically; the file shows its indexing status.
Search
Documents are part of global search (Cmd/Ctrl+K), so a filename or phrase from inside an indexed file gets you there fast.
